Applied Innovation is seeking a motivated, team-oriented Service Director to lead, develop, and support our service management team across the Indiana and Kalamazoo markets. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Service, this leadership role is responsible for driving service performance, developing leaders, supporting branch operations, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, vision, and strategic direction that aligns with Applied Innovation’s long-term goals and objectives.
- Develop and mentor a management team focused on hiring, coaching, and retaining employees who embody the Company's culture and values.
- Audit and support service managers to ensure company policies, procedures, and department processes are consistently followed.
- Drive client satisfaction and service performance using industry benchmarks and best practices.
- Become actively involved in major client accounts as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Serve as a branch leader, collaborating with fellow branch leaders to drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and achieve financial objectives.
- Maintain a daily onsite presence in Kalamazoo, South Bend, or Fort Wayne.
Minimum Qualifications:
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of E-Automate and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting and reinforcing the Company’s mission, vision, and elements.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Highly organized, dependable, professional, and consistent in developing and coaching employees.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
- Willingness to travel for conferences, training, and site visits throughout the United States.
Education/License/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record required. No DUI's in the past 5 years.
