This internship is located primarily at our corporate campus in Grand Rapids, MI.
This position will primarily report to 5555 Glenwood Hills Pkwy. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512

Intern Responsibilities/Objectives
This will be achieved through the following:
• Get to shadow alongside multiple different roles, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Professional Services team members.
• Shadowing includes in office and onsite experiences.
• Assist in building devices for deployment for active clients.
• Learn about our Ideal Ticket Procedure and how to provide help desk support.
• Understanding routing or escalating issues to correct resources.
Intern Requirements
• High school diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Candidates attending a recognized college or university, preferred.
• Trustworthy person, can be counted on to do the right thing every time.
• Outgoing, personable, able to build relationships with others.
• Humble attitude, willing to get the job done, whatever is needed.
• Eager to learn and grow in the technology field
