Applied Innovation is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized individual to fill a full-time opportunity with our Set-up Team. The Lead Set-up Technician will be responsible for the setup of new and used copiers, printers, scanners, and wide-format equipment as well as leading the team and training of new technicians. Training will be provided on site. This individual should possess knowledge using Outlook, Excel, and other basic computer programs. Experience with E-automate and a set-up tech required. Applied Innovation is looking for a self-motivated, highly organized individual who can multitask and work efficiently.

Essential Functions

Setup and install accessories on new equipment.
Clean and refurbish used equipment.
Unbox daily machines as a team.
Take out daily cardboard and trash as a team.
Troubleshoot errors and failures.
Manage daily service calls and email
Work with multiple departments to complete projects and workload
Keep organized records of client information for equipment builds

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift to 75lbs
Must be able to move equipment. Machines typically have casters.

Position Days and Times

Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm. Full time at 40 hours a week.

Travel

Occasional weekends and evenings may be required.
