Position Overview:
Applied Innovation is seeking a self-directed and detail-oriented individual to support the daily operations of our Parts Department as a Depot Specialist. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficiency in parts testing, pulling, packaging, and inventory management. This is a full-time role Monday to Friday.

This role plays a key part in ensuring efficiency in parts testing, pulling, packaging, and inventory management. This is a full-time role Monday to Friday.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming lease returns and assess if parts can be salvaged.
- Use CEOJuice dashboards to identify parts eligible for pulling.
- Test and pull parts for daily service calls.
- Test and pull parts to stock the Depot.
- Package, shelf, and ship Depot parts properly.
- Create and maintain accurate reporting documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe depot and warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular Depot inventory audits.
- Provide general support to the Parts team as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical skills with demonstrated experience in copier repair across multiple manufacturers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Parts team.
- Dependable, professional, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
