Applied Innovation is seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of our parts department as a Parts Warehouse Associate. The Parts Warehouse Associate will report directly to the Parts Manager.
Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM onsite at 3223 Kraft Ave SE Grand Rapids MI 49512.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, label and shelve incoming part shipments.
- Restock Service Technicians with parts.
- Keep parts warehouse organized, neat and clean.
- Create and maintain information in company database.
- Assist in semi-annual parts inventory counts.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
- Possess a demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Must be dependable, professional, organized, detailed oriented, accurate, and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education/License/Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior warehouse experience necessary

Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, work will usually occur indoors, away from the elements during normal business hours. The physical demands of this job are considered active. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
