Applied Innovation is seeking a SDR Level II to generate new qualified sales opportunities from cold calls to prospective clients and passing qualified opportunities for salespeople to close. There is no travel involved and is fully on-site in Grand Rapids, MI. The hours for the role are Monday to Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Achieve All Prospecting Goals and Targets – Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, including 50+ daily phone calls and qualified lead generation.
  • Generate new qualified sales opportunities from B2B phone (cold) calls.
  • Update and manage CRM data for accuracy and to drive/increase sales effort effectiveness with reliable and meaningful data.
  • High Capacity, Self-Managed SDR with great work ethic
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-year successful SDR Outbound Cold Calling Experience
  • Experience making 50+ Daily Outbound Cold calls
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
  • College Graduate
