Applied Innovation is seeking to hire an additional Auto Toner Specialist. This role is to manage all aspects of Applied Innovation’s auto toner programs for the supply department. This candidate would need to be detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills and be team focused.

Essential Job Functions:

Monitoring and responding to Teamwork’s inbox
Enroll new accounts into the auto toner program
Collect all necessary data for proper shipments of consumables
Run FM Audit reports and analyze data as necessary
Process sales orders and shipments for consumables
Track shipments

General Requirements:

Experience in E-automate, preferred.
Task Oriented.
Strong ability to work in a team setting.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Strong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
High School Diploma or equivalent
