Manager/Supervisor
Applied Innovation is seeking a Manager of Service Solutions and Development to oversee our Network Connectivity, Solutions, and Training teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage direct reports across networking, software solutions, and training.
- Develop and execute strategies that align technology services with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with vendors to source, evaluate, and manage technology and training solutions.
- Ensure alignment between technical teams and the delivery of amazing customer service.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional development within the teams.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
- Evaluate and prepare performance appraisals, resolve personnel issues, and interview and hire team members.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience in technology or training is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills, project management skills, and vendor management.
- Passion for training and developing a team.
- 10% travel.
- High School Diploma or higher education.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
