Manager/Supervisor
Applied Innovation is seeking a Manager of Service Solutions and Development to oversee our Network Connectivity, Solutions, and Training teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage direct reports across networking, software solutions, and training.
  • Develop and execute strategies that align technology services with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with vendors to source, evaluate, and manage technology and training solutions.
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and the delivery of amazing customer service.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional development within the teams.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
  • Evaluate and prepare performance appraisals, resolve personnel issues, and interview and hire team members.

Requirements:
 
  • Previous management experience in technology or training is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, project management skills, and vendor management.
  • Passion for training and developing a team.
  • 10% travel.
  • High School Diploma or higher education. 
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
