Applied Innovation is seeking an ECM Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for building strong relationships and collaborating closely with the Automation Sales Team and the Technology department. This candidate would need to be detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be team focused.

Essential Job Functions:

Collaborate closely with the Automation sales team to deliver exceptional customer support, focusing on sales orders, purchasing, contracts, billing, auditing commissions regarding technology, and annual renewals.
Build strong relationships with automation vendors for quotes, pricing, and order placement, ensuring seamless operations.
Foster collaboration with the Technology department to streamline commission processes, including connectivity software purchasing, contract billing, and software renewals.

General Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Team Oriented
