Applied Innovation is seeking a self-motivated, highly energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Distribution Center team. This full-time position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the day-to-day logistics operations of Applied Innovation, including customer equipment deliveries, equipment moves, copier and printer pickups, driver scheduling, dispatch coordination, and related invoicing and documentation. This position serves as a key communication link between the Distribution Center, Delivery Manager, delivery drivers, customers, sales, service, warehouse personnel, and other internal departments. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for maintaining an accurate and efficient delivery schedule, monitoring job progress, proactively addressing scheduling challenges, and ensuring customer commitments are met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, takes initiative, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate customer equipment deliveries in the absence of the Logistics Manager, ensuring deliveries are scheduled and completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and invoice equipment moves and copier pickups across all Applied Innovation locations.
  • Schedule, monitor, and track delivery orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor new orders in E Auto and OnBase and ensure information is complete and accurate.
  • Communicate with customers, internal teams, delivery personnel, and other departments regarding delivery schedules, equipment moves, and pickups.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed paperwork, records, and documentation related to deliveries, moves, and pickups.
  • Review orders and supporting documentation for accuracy and follow up on missing or incomplete information.
  • Assist with resolving scheduling issues, delivery changes, and other logistical concerns.
  • Ensure completed deliveries, moves, and pickups are properly documented and invoiced.
  • Maintain awareness of delivery schedules and proactively communicate potential delays or issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the Distribution Center and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide support to the Logistics Manager and Distribution Center team as needed.
  • Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative work culture.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and overall delivery coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive customer, employee, and business information.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, including no DUI convictions within the past five years.
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, delivery coordination, scheduling, customer service, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience with order management, invoicing, dispatch, routing, or business software systems preferred.
  • Experience working with E Auto and OnBase is a plus.
  • Experience in office technology, copier/printer, transportation, warehouse, or distribution industry is a plus.
