Applied Innovation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Delivery Driver to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and delivering equipment with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, strong communication skills, and a focus on customer service and team collaboration. This is a Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM role located onsite at 3801 Sugar Palm Dr, Tampa, FL 33619.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assist with the installation of equipment
- Operate box trucks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Receive incoming shipments and process lease returns using E-Auto.
- Prepare and ship outgoing equipment accurately and on schedule.
- Set up equipment according to company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, network connectivity) and external clients to ensure seamless service.
- Support basic IT and networking tasks as needed.
- Assist team members proactively and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating box trucks or similar delivery vehicles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Team-oriented with a proactive, “see a need, fill a need” mindset
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with basic IT and networking concepts (preferred)
- The ability to move up to 75 pounds.
- Understanding and alignment with the organization’s core values.
Education/License/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record required
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, equipment delivery, or a similar logistics role preferred.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and working with internal teams is a plus.

The role requires frequent movement within the work environments and the ability to observe details at close range, including viewing copiers, computer screens, and other work-related materials.
- While performing the duties of this position, work is primarily conducted in a variety of environments, including office settings, warehouse environments, and outdoor conditions while traveling between client sites. The role is primarily performed indoors in office, warehouse, or client settings, with regular offsite travel to client locations and other Applied Innovation offices. Occasional work outside of normal business hours may be required for meetings or client needs. This position is considered an active role and requires independent travel between offices and client sites. The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate.
