Production Print Analyst - Tampa FL
The Production Print Analyst is the technical lead for both the pre and post sales implementation of production print solutions. They will have expertise in a variety of software and production print solution technologies. The Production Print Analyst builds relationships with potential and current customers to assess their solutions needs and to build it into their workflow. This role is a crucial part of the production team to achieve professional services and software revenue quota. The role also facilitates a world class customer experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assesses customer needs to identify production print solutions which support business needs
Strategizes with Account Executives to drive sales of production print software solutions such as a fiery controller, G7, variable data and other network integrations
Supports Account Executives through standard and customized technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars
Clearly articulate features and differentiate solutions product offerings to audiences ranging from COs to engineers to convince about solutions technological superiority
Develops relationships with prospects, customers, and sales teams
Assists in the proposal and closing of the sale of solutions
Installs and integrates solutions systems into the customer’s network
Resolves questions regarding solutions, services and training
Provides technical support to end users
Be a team player communicating with colleagues and other department members
Improves customer’s business workflow by use of business software offerings
Builds rapport and elicit problem details from customers
Identifies and learns appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization
Participates in trade shows, exhibits, open houses, and product demonstrations, promoting EO Johnson’s image and products
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to plan meetings, appointments, weekly schedules, and to update and maintain customer contact information (i.e. addresses, email addresses, meeting notes, etc.)
Performs other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years' experience in a print center or comparable environment.
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years equivalent work experience
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Technical Sales experience preferred
At least 2 years' experience in a pre-sales, technical support, or IT consulting role working with enterprise software solutions

Fiery Certified Professional/Expert
Certified Color Management Professional
