Applied Innovation is seeking a high capacity, self-managed candidate to fill a full-time position as a Service Technician, supporting Lansing and surrounding areas.This is a Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:40 pm role located out of our Lansing office at 5858 S, N Aurelius Rd, Lansing, MI 48911.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Repair and maintain a wide variety of office equipment such as multifunctional printers, copiers, fax machines.
Maintain an assigned territory and provide Applied Innovation-level of service quality and responsiveness.
Collaborate with fellow technicians to ensure client service needs are met.

Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools.
Represent Applied Innovation well in all interactions. You are the face of Applied Innovation!

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record (no DUI’s in past 5 years)
Factory certifications from Canon & Ricoh are preferred but not required.
Knowledge of print drivers and basic network communication is helpful.
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
Superior planning skills.
Proven troubleshooting skills.
Operate a company vehicle in a safe, courteous manner.
