Position Description:

You will perform on-site repairs of Canon production and high-volume print equipment, provide exceptional customer service, and become an intricate component to our service team environment. You will be supplied with a company vehicle, laptop, all necessary tools, phone plan options, and job training.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing production copiers and attached accessories
Managing a vehicle parts inventory for equipment you service
Coordinating and scheduling repairs with clients
Working with manufacturer for service escalation
Managing preventative maintenance schedules on production equipment

If you’re the right person for this opportunity, you will have the following:

Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Above average mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills
Self-starting attitude.
Canon copier service experience, preferred.
High School Diploma
A desire to build strong professional relationships with our clients
