Applied Innovation is seeking a high capacity, self-managed candidate to fill a full-time
position as Field Service Manager, supporting West Michigan and headquartered in Grand Rapids.

- Lead a team that supports primarily Canon and Ricoh office equipment sold by or under contract with Applied Innovation
- Maintain proper levels of staffing to meet or exceed Applied Innovation’s standards or response time
- Collaborate with sales team
- Ensure team members have access to the knowledge and tools necessary for success
- Ensure team members represent Applied Innovation well in all interactions
- Daily and long-term success of the team
- Business planning
- Benchmarking
- Continual improvement/development
- Monthly one-on-one and team meetings
- Review all client feedback and take appropriate action to resolve any issues
- Maintain broad perspective to ensure company, department and team success
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in our industry and/or previous management experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Driving Record, including no DUI's in past 5 years
- Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills
- Superior planning skills
- Proven, creative problem solver
