Applied Innovation is seeking a high capacity, self-managed candidate to fill a full-time
position as Field Service Manager, supporting West Michigan and headquartered in Grand Rapids.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead a team that supports primarily Canon and Ricoh office equipment sold by or under contract with Applied Innovation
  • Maintain proper levels of staffing to meet or exceed Applied Innovation’s standards or response time
  • Collaborate with sales team
  • Ensure team members have access to the knowledge and tools necessary for success
  • Ensure team members represent Applied Innovation well in all interactions
  • Daily and long-term success of the team
    • Business planning
    • Benchmarking
    • Continual improvement/development
    • Monthly one-on-one and team meetings
  • Review all client feedback and take appropriate action to resolve any issues
  • Maintain broad perspective to ensure company, department and team success

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in our industry and/or previous management experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Driving Record, including no DUI's in past 5 years
  • Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills
  • Superior planning skills
  • Proven, creative problem solver
