Applied Innovation is seeking a Field Service Technician which will support the northern Michigan area, working out of the Traverse City, MI office. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Troubleshooting and repair of copiers and printers at client locations.
Providing excellent customer service.
Managing accurate inventory of parts and tools.
Coordinating and scheduling repairs with clients.
Working with your manager and other technicians to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements include:

Above-average mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
Self-starting attitude
High school diploma
Good driving record (no DUI's in the past 5 years)
